• Terms & Conditions:
  • Booking will be considered confirmed on payment of 25% of the estimated billing 50% of the payment based on the minimum guaranteed persons to be deposited prior to 30 days of the date of function and remaining 25% should be deposited 10 days prior to the function. In case the gathering increases, we shall charges full amount for each and every plate after the minimum guarantee.
  • Any further amount due for payment will be settled immediately on the day of the function through cash or credit card. Advance once paid will not be refunded.
  • The Taxes ( GST & Service charges) are extra as applicable.
  • Food shall be prepared only for 10 % above guaranteed number of the minimum guarantee.
  • The booking would stand confirmed on receipt of the signed contract along with 25% advance payment of the guaranteed billing.
  • Peace and quiet has to be maintained at all times so that there is no disturbance to other guestes
  • The hotel would not be responsible for the loss of any valuables / jewelry / Mobile / Cash. It is advised that you use the safe in the room / the lockers available with front office.
  • Any damage/loss to the property would have to be borne by the hosts and settled prior to departure/ at the end of the function.
  • Outside food & beverages of any kind will not be permitted into hotel for consumption during the function.
  • Playing of indoor music or live band will be permitted only till 10:30 P.M. The sound limit should be confirmed with government regulations.
  • Flower decoration, Hall decoration, Stall arrangements, D.J. required for any function have to be from the panel short listed by the Hotel management on extra payment basis.
  • Drums/Dhol/Godhi or band is strictly prohibited within the hotel premises.
  • Carry of fire arms shall not be allowed in the premises.
  • Car parking is at owner's risk and Management takes no responsibility.
  • By law our hotel halls and the floors are completely a non smoking premises and we strictly abide with it.
  • Left Over Food will not be allowed to be carried outside after the Party.
  • Pan card copy of the organization/host is mandatory for any cash transaction/billing of Rs. 50,000/- & above.

  • Check-In Time: 02:00 PM (early check-in on request)
  • Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM (late check-out subject to availability)
